Mr. Carter is a PMI-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with fifteen years’ experience in project and program management, leadership, instruction, team building and people development worldwide. At Toyota North American headquarters, Carter is the executive GM responsible for portfolio management for all Toyota & Lexus new model infotainment systems, including various technology life cycle activity. He is also an adjunct professor, instructing Project Management, at Georgia Tech.  

Carter continuously pursues the integration of technical, business and leadership skills both on the job and in the classroom. He received both his B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Project Management degree from Georgia Tech.  He is also a Leadership Dallas alumni and executive advisor.  Carter resides in Frisco, TX with his lovely wife, Michelle, sons Mason & Zack, and twin daughters Naomi & Noelle.
