Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting is an internal team focused on advancing organizational effectiveness across academic, research, and administrative functions. We serve the entire Institute, working on campus-wide initiatives and partnering with individual units to develop organizational improvement strategies and solutions. We offer a range of services which can be provided individually or combined in order to achieve project goals and objectives.

2019 AIMC Internal Consulting Excellence Award Winner

Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting was selected as the winner of the 2019 Overall Internal Consulting Excellent Award by The Association of Internal Management Consultants (AIMC).
